The rivers of the Lushlands also flow deep underground, filling ancient caverns with subterranean pools. Some caverns are safer to wander than others, and with ample pitfalls, slippery stones, and the occasional poisonous fume, interest in exploring them has largely died down in the last few centuries. Rumors persist, however, that somewhere deep in these caverns, one might still find the bones of giants and other remains of long since forgotten battles.
